Il Podere Montebono è situato sulle colline di Reggello a 550 mt. s.l.m.a soli. 30 km da Firenze. La grande colonica è isolata e circondata da uno splendido giardino con piscina e da un oliveto terrazzato. La conduzione familiare e la particolare esposizione del podere permettono produzioni di alta qualità come l'olio extravergine di oliva, miele, erbe officinali ecc. La colonica ristrutturata negli anni dagli stessi abitanti ha conservato le proprie caratteristiche rustiche, come i pavimenti in legno, lavabo in marmo, camino in pietra, forno a legna ecc. Un' oasi di pace per chi vuole vivere la campagna.

La casa per gli ospiti è un' ala indipendente della grande colonica ed è costituita da tre camere doppie (6 posti letto) e una grande cucina con camino al piano superiore, mentre al piano inferiore si trova una sala ricreativa con biliardo e un bagno con doccia. All'esterno si puo' usufruire dello splendido giardino e della piscina, per piacevoli momenti di relax o del barbecue per cene memorabili sotto le stelle. L'appartamento è attrezzato con tutti i confort: riscaldamento, camino, frigorifero, tv. E' inoltre possibile acquistare direttamente i prodotti dell'azienda oppure gustare piatti tradizionali preparati dagli stessi gestori (il servizio di ristorazione e l'uso della piscina è riservato solo agli ospiti della casa).

The apartament we rent is indipendent of the farm. On the floor above there are 3 double-rooms ( 6 beds) and a big kitchen with fireplace. On the floor below there is a biliard-room and a bathroom with shower.
The farm is totally restored but at the same time it preserves its rural features: wooden floors, marble sink,kitchen in stonework, stony fireplace.
The farm is surrounded with a beautiful big garden with many plants and flowers to admire with Exclusive swimmingpool mt.10x5
There are also an olive-grove and a wonderful wood where to take walks or hikes.
The apartament we rent has got an indipendent access of the farm.
On the floor above there are 3 double bedrooms ( 6 beds) and a big kitchen in stonework with a stony fireplace.
On the floor below there is a biliard-room and a bathroom with shower.
On the outside it is possible to make use of the beautiful big garden with swimmingpool, the portico and the barbecue to relax and have dinner under the stars.
The apartament is also equipped with every comfort: central heating, tv, fridge.
It is possible also to buy our own products ( honey, olive-oil, herbs, vegetables, jams) and to taste our own tipical dishes (restaurant service is reserved only the renters).

Das Gut Montebono liegt nur 30 km von Florenz entfernt auf den Hügeln von Reggello, in einer Höhe von 550 m ü.d.M. Um das groβe abgelegene Bauernhaus liegen ein herrlicher Garten mit freibad und ein terrassierter Olivenhain. Die Familienführung und die besonders sonnige Lage des Gutes ermöglichen qualitativ hochwertige Produktionen, darunter Olivenöl Extravergine, Honig, Heilpflanzen usw. Das im Laufe der Jahre von den Bewohnern selbst umstrukturierte und renovierte Bauernhaus hat seine ländlichen Merkmale beibehalten, darunter Holzfuβböden, Marmorwaschbecken, Kamin aus Stein, Holzofen, usw. Eine wahre Oase des Friedens für alle, die das Land ’leben" möchten.
Die Gästewohnung liegt in einem unabhängigen Flügel des groβen Bauernhauses und besteht aus drei Doppelzimmern (6 Betten) und einer groβen Küche mit Kamin im Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Saal mit Billard und eine Dusche/WC.
Im Auβenbereich kann man den wunderschönen Garten mit freibad und die Laube für Augenblicke des Relaxing nutzen und auβerdem den Barbecue für denkwürdige Abendessen unter dem Sternenhimmel.
Die Wohnung ist komfortabel ausgestattet: Heizung, Kühlschrank, TV.
Auf Anfrage Faxservice und Internetanschluss. Darüber hinaus kann man die Produkte des Betriebs direkt kaufen oder auch traditionelle, von den Betreibern selbst zubereitete Gerichte kosten (der Verpflegungsservice ist nur den Gästen des Hauses vorbehalten).
