La fattoria Pratale accoglie gli ospiti dell'agriturismo in due antichi casali completamente ristrutturati e suddivisi in appartamenti.
Ogni appartamento ha l'ingresso indipendente dagli altri ed il riscaldamento per i mesi invernali; dispone di uno spazio all'aperto attrezzato per la prima colazione e di tutti i comforts pur rispettando lo spirito ed il carattere dell'antica costruzione rustica tipica toscana.
Nel contesto della Fattoria Pratale gli ospiti hanno a disposizione il solarium, due piscine doppie per gli adulti e per i bambini, un campo da bocce la lavanderia a gettoni, mountain bikes e televisori.
Dalla Fattoria si possono fare numerose escursioni nelle città d'arte e nei centri minori, essendo situata poco distante dalla superstrada FI-SI; in quindici minuti si raggiunge il centro di Firenze. A circa 3 km, nel paese di Sambuca, si trovano negozi, botteghe artigiane e trattorie. Nei pressi della fattoria merita una visita l'Abbazia di Badia a Passignano con il chiostro e la cripta risalenti all'anno 1000.

The Pratale estate receives its guests in two old manors, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan country-side, with vineyards sloping gently down to wild shrubs, pines and cypress trees. The buildings have been completely restored and are now divided into several independent apartments, all of which have a separate entrance and an open area to enjoy the quietness and the view of the surrounding landscape.
The apartments are provided with central heating for winter time and with all the facilities of modern comfort, yet maintaining the furnishings and spirit of typical Tuscan country houses. At the Fattoria the guests will find a bowling lane, two swimming pools one for children and one for adults, a laundromat, a payphone, mountain bikes and TV sets. From Pratale, located on the hills near Florence and only fifteen minutes away from the city, many excursions can be made to the incomparable places of cultural and tourist interest; since the estate is a short distance from the highway Florence-Siena.
In the village of Sambuca, 3 km away from Pratale, are shops, art & craft studios. In close proximity lies the ancient abbey of Badia a Passignano, worth are seeing its cloister and crypt, dating back to the year 1000.

Die historischen Landhäuser von Pratale empfangen Ihre Gäste inmitten der herrlichen toskanischen Landschaft, die von Weinbergen, welchen Sträuchern, Pinien und Zypressen geprägt ist.
Die Gutshäuser sind komplett renoviert und in unabhängige Einzelappartments unterteilt, die alle über eine eigene Terrasse verfügen, damit man die Stille und Schönheit der Landschaft geniessen kann. Die Einrichtung der Appartments wird den modernen Ansprüchen gerecht, wobei der ursprüngliche Charakter eines toskanischen Landhauses stets gewahrt bleibt. Alle Appartments verfügen über Zentralheizung. Auf dem Gelände der Fattoria stehen den Gästen eine Boccia-Bahn, ein Schwimmbad, so wie eine Münzwaschmaschine, Mountainbikes und Fernseher können gemietet werden. Das Landgut Pratale liegt auf einem der Hügel bei Florenz und ist nur etwa 15 Minuten von Zentrum der toskanischen Haupstadt entfernt.
Von Pratale aus können viele Ausflüge zu den zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gemacht werden, denn die Schnellstrasse Florenz-Siena ist leicht erreichbar. 3km von Pratale entfernt liegt der Ort Sambuca mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kunsthandwerk und Restaurants.
In der Nähe liegt auch die sehenwerte Abtei Badia a Passignano mit Kreuzgang und Kripta aus dem Jahre 1000.
Mit dem Auto ist man gut einer Stunde am Meer.
